We are very proud that all our products are handmade, if you have chosen something that is ‘Handcrafted to Order’ this means that it will take a little longer than usual to prepare for you as it may involve more than one craftsman to complete. We will make sure that we update you by email to let you know its progress in the workshop.

Attention to detail is so important to us even down to the packaging so please let us know if you require a message included. We can include a Fieldware postcard with a handwritten note.

Returns

We are happy to accept returned items as long as the products have not been used / worn and are returned in the original packaging within 2 weeks of the order date.
