The Fieldware Town Cape is handcrafted in our ‘Classic’ waxed cotton. Meticulously made by hand it has carefully stitched darts around the neckline and 5 copper press studs so you can wear open with a scarf or closed.
The lining is a perfect partner to the outer waxed cotton as it has a finish that acts as a barrier to the wax, ensuring no transfer or migration.
Choose to wear with the additional waxed cotton strap which ties around your body enclosing the front of the cape or without the strap to show off its unique shape.
Our Classic wax will age and patina beautifully and will become one of your wardrobe staples for many years.

Care
Our waxed cotton is tough stuff, it will naturally weather with age and still look great years from now. Simply wipe off any dirt with a sponge and cold water. Treat with a little Fieldware reproofing wax now and then, to keep it in tip top condition.
Don't forget our waxed cotton does not like a washing machine, tumble dryer or iron.
